At Della Lamb Community Services, we have the incredible opportunity to make a difference in the lives of refugees striving for self-sufficiency, inner-city vulnerable youth in need of support, and our city’s youngest learners, all to break the cycles of poverty. Our organization, nestled in the heart of Kansas City, Missouri, serves a diverse community representing various nationalities, languages, and income levels.
We’re looking for passionate individuals who are ready to join us in our mission to empower these individuals and families to overcome their unique challenges. Whether you have a heart for guiding refugees towards self-sufficiency, providing support and mentorship to vulnerable youth, or nurturing the potential of our city’s littlest learners, we invite you to be part of our team dedicated to creating positive change in our community. Not only do we want to engage and empower those we serve, but we strive to provide growth opportunities and fulfillment for our team members, as well.
Join us as we work together to build a brighter future for all.
